We would n’t try to drive our car without any gas, so, why would we make our body function without its fuel? Many people don’t realize the importance & benefits of breakfast; it really is the most important meal of our day!After sleeping, our body is drained of its fuel sources, because it has fasted all night.In order to “wake” our body up, it must first be refueled. Breakfast gives your body the kick start it needs to function successfully all day long. The meaning & importance  of breakfast lies in the word itself.By eating breakfast, we are actually breaking the fast or long gap after dinner,the previous night.Breakfast really is the most important meal of the day. Not only does it give us energy to start a new day, but breakfast is linked to many health benefits, including weight control and improved performance.
