What is a healthy
lifestyle? One may ask. A healthy lifestyle is having a lifestyle filled with
good and positive things in many aspects such as mental, physical and emotional
well-being.A healthy lifestyle is defined by three different categories:
physical, mental/emotional and spiritual. In order to live a truly healthy
lifestyle, you must balance all three categories and they must all function
together simultaneously. In order to live a physically healthy
lifestyle, you must learn how to balance your every day life. Exercising
is not the only important feature of being physically healthy, though. A
healthy diet is key. Along with a
healthy diet, sleep is also very important! A healthy range of hours of
sleep is between 7-9 hours. Once you’ve reached a state of balance, you will
already feel that much better physically, and even mentally. Not only
that, we must have enough rest and sleep after we have done something
strenuous. Enough rest and sleep for as long as eight hours will help us to
recover energy that we have lost during the day. In fact, once we recharge
through enough rest and sleep, we can do our job or carry out daily routine
vigorously. In addition to this, we should also get a hobby such as reading,
playing chess, listening music, surfing the internet, watching television and
so on. To live a healthy lifestyle, we must always have a balanced diet.
A balanced diet consists of all seven classes of food on their tight
proportions including carbohydrates, proteins, vitamins, minerals, fats fibre
and water. If we do not abide by this rule, we may get sick easily. In other
words, we need to eat right in order to stay healthy.
MAKE IT A LIFESTYLE , NOT A DUTY
