HEALTHY EATING..... NOT A BIG DEAL
If we talk about healthy eating so its not a big deal we just have to take sensible food to keep our self healthy. But today young generation have some questions which revolve in their mind which is a big flaws to reject them to take healthy lunch and dinner or sometimes they ignore breakfast as well.
Specially the reaction of youngsters like that:
Umm.. how can i take breakfast it give me bad feeling? like mothly . How can i reject tasty chinease or continental food just for simple homemade lunch?, and how can i ignore my favourite food itoms in dinner like pizza ,burger? S o these types of question stop them to go towards healthy eating.
Moreover, the use of coldrinks and juices increasing day by day, so they have to avoid this ,which demage the bones and less the calcium from their bones.
so first of all i advice you to kicked out all these types of questions from their mind and just think about hygenic food and must take breakfast like egg and milk which is very necessary to build a healthy and energetic body and mood to spend whole day energetically.
Another thing is that we must ignore oily or heavy food, take light lunch or dinner like rice , daal ,roti. and use of fruits and salad is very important to get vitamins.Also use dry fruits and avoid all coldrinks and juciese. But make sure these all things eat in a limitead amount in a certain period.
After follow all these points you feel physically or mentally strong.
